One star ⭐️ Very disappointing experience at The Fresh Market in Rehoboth. I stood at the deli counter for approximately 10 minutes trying to purchase hot food. There were four or five employees behind the counter, and only one was helping a customer. The others were cutting cheese or doing other tasks, but no one acknowledged me, asked what I needed, or even said, “We’ll be with you shortly.” Like I was completely invisible I understand employees can be busy, but completely ignoring a customer standing at the counter is unacceptable. After waiting without any acknowledgment, I finally left the store and went somewhere else. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

I love this market. Great variety of produce and cheeses. The reason I will go back - Ms. Georgia (or Gorgi?). We were looking for a truffle Gouda for our board and she went out of her way to find someone who could help us. She circled back to make sure we got exactly what we needed.

I am a regular customer & spend a lot of $$ at fresh market. I was extremely disappointed to find out that after waiting 30 minutes for chicken salad, I was notified that I can only get the free croissants on 1 of 3 lbs (I got them separately since I was buying 2 of them for my co-workers) that I purchased. This was never the case before & it makes absolutely NO SENSE. How cheap & petty. This store makes so much money and they pull this kind of stunt. I am very disappointed.

Just stopped by to purchase flowers for a friend's birthday. Norrie noticed me looking around, answered questions I had, and directed me to a beautiful, large bouquet put together by their florist. For the price, it was bigger and more beautiful than what I'd originally selected and it was well worth the upsell. Lisa at checkout was very helpful as well. Both ladies were kind, patient, and made sure I had everything I needed. I'm new the the area and it's nice to have a clean, well organized, and friendly staffed place to shop.

I love shopping at The Fresh Market in Rehoboth! While there are several big-box grocery stores nearby, this place stands out by focusing on fresher foods and a superior shopping experience. Yes, items might cost a bit more than at the larger stores, but it's worth it for the quality and the atmosphere. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it a pleasure to shop. The staff here are fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. Even though there’s no self-checkout, there are plenty of employees on hand to get you through the checkout line swiftly. The bakery is amazing, and I can always rely on the meat and seafood departments to have exactly what I need. While the selection of some staple foods can be limited, they always carry the popular brands, and I never feel like I’m missing out on the essentials. The store is open daily from 8 am to 9 pm, which is very convenient. Overall, The Fresh Market is a great choice for anyone who values quality, freshness, and a more enjoyable shopping experience. Highly recommend!
